What is Dreams Points?
Dreams Points is a special points system that credits 5% of the amount you spend on purchases made through your membership to your account. You can use this amount as a discount on your next purchase.
Which purchases earn points?
You'll earn points for every completed purchase that isn't returned. Points for returned items are automatically withdrawn.
What is my Point Balance? Where can I see it?
You can view your points in the My Profile tab when you log in to your account. Your points are automatically updated after each purchase.
How can I use my points?
Your accumulated points balance will automatically appear on the payment page. You can apply all or part of it as a discount on your order.
Is There a Time Limit for Redeeming Points?
Point balances are not valid for a limited time; you can use your points whenever you want . However, different rules may apply for seasonal campaigns; you will be notified in advance of such situations.
Can I share my points with another user?
No. Dreams Points are assigned exclusively to your account and are not transferable.
